Algaeventure Systems (AVS) was founded in 2008 with a mission to take the cost barriers out of growing and processing algae. Beyond replacing incumbent separation methods, AVS technologies are poised to unlock the potential of algae for a range of valuable products, such as pharmaceuticals, nutriceuticals and fuels, as well as enable new opportunities, including novel remediation techniques and a wide range of industrial processes.

AVS asked Cobego to help visualize their ideas for use at the 2011 World Future Energy Summit in Abu Dhabi. We designed and rendered imagery of an SLS machine, RAC boat, and new bio-refinery on Grand Lake St. Mary's in Ohio. These images continue to circulate in international publications and trade shows to raise funds for, and awareness of, their technologies.

Sandplay Therapy combines sand, water, toys and imagination to encourage children of all ages to become aware of their feelings, engage in problem solving, express their feelings appropriately, and find resolutions to their struggles. (Go ahead, try it.)

Cobego designed and built a durable and versatile sandtray table, which facilitates the administration of Sandplay Therapy while also functioning as a creative centerpiece for any space. We worked with local craftsmen and materials to build a more sustainable table from the ground up. And this is only the beginning. Look for more products from Cobego Play soon.

Casa Azul America, Inc. is a non-profit organization founded by Richard and LoriAnn Kirschner in 2009. Their mission is to provide free cleft lip and cleft palate surgery to underprivileged children of Mexico. Dr. Kirschner is nationally recognized as a leading authority in cleft lip and palate and hemangiomas/vascular malformation.

Caza Azul America, Inc. came to Cobego to develop their brand and identity. We created a message that exudes hope, health, and happiness. This message was implemented in print and digital materials in order to raise funds to build a state-of-the-art medical facility in Monterrey, Mexico.

AlterE Technologies deploys technologies and products developed by Algaeventure Systems (AVS), offering solutions for concentration, separation, and water remediation. These efficient technologies have sparked worldwide interest and have transformative applications in nutrition, materials, energy, and biomimetic industrial processes.

AVS came to Cobego to redesign their web site architecture and help launch their sister company, Alter-E Technologies. The infographic Cobego developed visually explains the current and desired flows of information for the back-end of AlterE's new website.

Doo-sung Yoo is an interdisciplinary media artist from Seoul, South Korea whose work crosses the boundaries between art and science. His current project, Organ Machine Hybrids, combines animal organs and electronic devices to engage the public and develop conversations to spark new understandings of life, art, and technology.

He asked Cobego to develop his personal web site and the proposal site for his latest work, Vishtauroborg 001.OMH5.
